Overview
When you have a high quality product that has been carefully crafted with methods spaning three generations, you want people to feel that legacy. In none other than the capital of the cullinary world, St. Dalfour wanted to evoke the traditions that have made their products stand out.
Challenge
As a company that prides itself on handcrafted ingredients, artisanal recipes and ethical practices, St. Dalfour was certain they wanted to create a homey, welcoming space. Somewhere people could gather to enjoy their products as many generations have previously done: on the French countryside.
Solution
When it comes to food, freshness is key. We outfitted the front of the booth to ressemble a bistro, both in function and in looks. Tables populated the rest of the space, surrounded by fencing lined with real vines, while a canopied nook fully transported attendees to the French countryside.
Impact
If tasting freshly made french patiseries wasn’t enough to entice visitors to stay, doing so while seating in a canopied garden definitely did the trick. While visitors of SIAL expected another Parisian food market, we helped St. Dalfour transport them to the french countryside.
